- 2 tbs WALDBURG Balsam Pear VOM FASS
- 3 tbs Walnut oil, vierge VOM FASS
- 1 tbs Pine nut oil VOM FASS
- 2 tbs walnuts, chopped small
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper
Mix ingredients vigorously with a whisk or in a shaker.
Place the washed and drained salad in a bowl, pour the dressing over it and combine well with the salad.
Finally, sprinkle the walnuts over the salad (toast walnuts briefly in an ungreased coated pan).
The dressing goes very nicely with red oak leaf lettuce, frisée lettuce, radicchio salad, endive salad or corn salad.
