Colourful Vegetable Salad
Ingredients for 2 - 4 portions:
- 1 small cauliflower
- 100g fresh pees (may be substituted by frozen or from the jar)
- ½ cucumber
- 2 tomatoes or 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 100g turkey, tofu or quorn sausage
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of WALDBURG Balsam Grape VOM FASS
- 3 tablespoons of Agora extra virgin olive oil VOM FASS
- Salt, pepper, ½ teaspoon of honey
Steam cauliflower al dente or use raw cauliflower, and cut into bite-size pieces, slice cucumber thinly, cut tomato in eight parts or cherry tomatoes in half and slice sausage.
Prepare your dressing by whisking Waldburg Balsam Grape VOM FASS, Agora extra virgin olive oil VOM FASS, salt, pepper and honey, pour dressing over salad, mix ingredients, let infuse well and serve.
