Salmon filet


Ingredients for 4 portions:
  • 4 salmon filets, each 250g
  • Fresh thyme and rosemary
  • 8 bay leaves
  • 1 ½ tablespoons WALDBURG Balsam Calamansi VOM FASS

Preparation:

Place each salmon filet on a separate square of aluminum foil on top of fresh thyme and rosemary.
Place on top of each filet 2 bay leaves and pour over WALDBURG Balsam Calamansi.
Close your aluminium foil and bake at 200° in your preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve with rice or new baby potatoes.
