Mousse aux Pistaches


Ingredientes para 2 porciones
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • ½ cup toasted pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon Virgin Pistachio Oil

Preparation:

Pistachio Mousse

Grind the pistachios in a food processor with the salt. Whip the cream with the sugar. Fold the pistachios and Virgin Pistachio oil VOM FASS into the whipped cream. Scoop into two dessert cups and serve.
